Restoring a Rimu Dining Table Top

We opted to restore this dining table top recently at The Heart of Rimu Furniture Co. It had alot of marks and stains / scratches and being recycled rimu, it needed some love, which is exactly what we gave it! Took a bit of sanding (we could definitely have used a lower grit, but we find it tears the timber and looks alot more abrasive, even as you go up the grade) besides, we got the finish and look we wanted.
